RETURNS
All products must be returned at the customer’s expense and in undamaged condition. All field tile is sold and returned in full case quantities only. The Tile Shop will require proof of purchase prior to any refund or credit. Purchases made within one year will be given refund or credit for original invoice price paid to the original account holder. The Tile Shop does not accept returns of discontinued tile, of special order products and of purchases one year and older. Liquid product returns must be made within 90 days. We will not accept any opened or frozen liquid materials.
RETURN REFUND PAYMENT POLICY
The refund for credit card purchases will be refunded to the credit/debit card used for the purchase. All other refunds will be paid as follows: Amounts under $25.00 may be paid in cash. Amounts over $25.00, but less than $300.01, will be paid by store check. Amounts greater than $300.00 will be paid within 2 weeks, via check, by The Tile Shop corporate office.
WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
The Tile Shop makes no warranty, express or implied, by statute or otherwise, regarding products sold, their fitness for any purpose, their quality, their merchantability, or otherwise. Any liability arising in any way out of this sale shall be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the products purchased. In no event shall The Tile Shop be responsible for the costs of substitute goods or for any special, consequential, incidental, or indirect damages however caused, or alleged to have been caused, on any theory of liability.
