    We have more than 140 full service retail stores across the country. Walk-ins are always welcome and no appointments are necessary, but you have the option to schedule a design consultation to meet one on one with a tile expert. Visit our store locator to see a complete list of our locations.

  • Are all of your products in stock?

    Many of our products are available within our stores. However, product quantities may vary by product and retail location. Remaining inventory is typically available through our U.S. distribution centers within 7-10 days time. We also offer expedited shipping options.

  • Do you offer tile samples?

    Yes, samples of all of our tile products are available in-stores and some are available online for a minimal fee.

  • How does tile compare to other flooring options?

    There are many benefits to installing tile. Ceramic, porcelain, and natural stone tiles that have been properly sealed have a much longer life cycle and are much easier to clean and maintain overtime than many other flooring options.   • Do you offer design services?

    Yes, free design services are part of the Tile Shop experience both in store and online. Call our Tile Experts at 888-398-6595 or visit your local store to start your project today.

  • Do you offer tile installation services?

    No, but your The Tile Shop store will be happy to refer you to a list of independent Pro Network partners and local trade professionals who can assist you with your tile and stone installation. However, The Tile Shop does not guarantee these installations or the accuracy of any information provided by the installers and accepts no responsibility for the quality or timeliness of the installation or any inaccuracies or omissions in the information provided. In no event may The Tile Shop be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages for any installation or information concerning installation.

  • Do you sell installation products and tools?

    Yes, the Tile Shop offers installation products to complete your tile projects including adhesives, grout, caulk, manual tile cutters, tile saws, sealers, and more. Click here to view all of our Pro Grade installation products and tools.

  • Do you offer tile installation education to customers?

    Yes, we offer multiple tile installation education tools, including:

    • One-on-one installation guidance from our store associates in stores or via phone or email, no appointment necessary.

    • Various resources such as "how-to" videos, problem solving tools, and planning and installation tips and guides in the Resources section of our website.

    • Free in-store educational "How To Tile" workshops are available in most stores. For more information, please contact your local store. *Due to concerns around the spread of COVID-19 our in-store workshops are temporarily postponed until further notice. If you have any tile or installation related questions our local store is ready and able to assist you whether that be in store, over the phone or via email.  

  • Do you sell to the general public?

    Yes, anyone can purchase tile from The Tile Shop.

  • What is your return policy?

    If you are dissatisfied with the product for any reason, you must promptly notify the product sales representative of The Tile Shop in order to receive a full credit for the purchase price and the return of the product.

    • A refund will be issued for full boxes of current tile returned in original packaging and good sellable condition within sixty (60) days of pickup or shipment date
    • Sealed liquid products and setting materials may be returned within sixty (60) days of pickup or shipment date.
    • No returns are allowed on Special Order material or discontinued material.
    • Installation of product constitutes acceptance of material. Once the product is installed, it may not be returned under any circumstances.
    • Delivery/freight is nonrefundable.

  • How do I prevent tile from breaking during transit?

    For best results, speak with your sales representative for specific instructions about your order.

  • What happens if my tile breaks during transit?

    If you find broken material in your order and feel that you cannot repurpose those pieces for cut pieces or future repairs, please note any damages on your Proof of Delivery receipt and promptly notify your Tile Shop sales representative to discuss return and/or replacement details.

    Yes. The Tile Shop proudly offers a 10% discount to active-duty, reserve and veteran military service members. Additionally, we offer discounts to 501(c)(3) non-profits in the communities in which we operate. Please bring proper documentation and visit a store near you to learn more.
