Our return policy is listed below. Visit our Returns & Exchanges page for more information.

  • Never pay a restocking fee.

  • All returns are subject to Terms and Conditions.

  • No returns on discontinued or special order items.

  • Return unopened, full box quantities within 6 months of pick up date.

  • Return powders, setting materials and liquids within 90 days of pick up.

  • Inspect all products before installation.

  • Installation and/or use of product constitutes acceptance.

  • Cash will only be refunded if under $10 and originally paid for with cash.

  • Freight/Delivery is non-refundable.

If you find broken material in your order and feel that you cannot repurpose those pieces for cut pieces or future repairs, please promptly notify your Tile Shop sales representative to discuss return and/or replacement details.
